Payment & billing

My payment was deducted but the order didn't go through.
1. Refresh /dashboard/orders — it usually shows up within 60 seconds.
2. If it still says Pending after a few minutes, the payment is on its way; Paystack typically settles within 5–10 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, message us with the Paystack transaction reference from your bank SMS and we'll resolve it.

What payment methods do you accept?
Online: Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD). In-office: cash or bank transfer, just visit 134b Okigwe Road, Owerri and tell the agent which service you need.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, for cases covered by our Refund Policy. Most relevant rule: once a scratch card PIN is revealed, it can't be refunded (exam-body policy). For registrations the service fee is non-refundable once we've submitted to the body, but we'll refund in full if we can't submit for reasons within our control.
