Refund Policy

1. Summary

We want you to be happy with what you bought from Springtower. Because most of our products are digital and instantly delivered, the refund rules are different for each service. This page explains exactly when you can get your money back.

2. Scratch card PINs (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, NABTEB, etc.)

Once a PIN has been revealed it cannot be refunded — by Nigerian exam-body policy, a PIN sold or revealed cannot be re-sold.

You qualify for a refund only if:

  • Payment went through but no PIN was delivered within 24 hours and we cannot resolve it, or
  • The wrong exam type was delivered and the PIN you received has not been used.

3. CBT practice access (₦3,000 one-time)

  • If you have not yet started a single practice session, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once you start practising, the access is non-refundable because the product has been “consumed.”
  • If you redeemed a physical scratch card (not online payment), refunds are not available — return the unused card to the branch where you bought it for replacement.

4. Registration services (JAMB, WAEC, CAC, NIN, etc.)

  • Our service fee covers our handling. Once we have submitted your registration to the relevant body, the service fee is non-refundable.
  • Official body fees (the actual JAMB / CAC / NIN fee, etc.) are paid directly to that body. Refunds for these follow the body's own rules — we will help you escalate where possible.
  • If we are unable to submit a registration for reasons within our control, we will refund the full amount you paid.

5. Training programmes

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the programme start date.
  • 50% refund if you cancel between 6 days and 24 hours before start.
  • No refund after the programme has started, but we will gladly let you swap to a future cohort once.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email info@springtowercomputers.com with your order reference (begins with SCI-).
  2. Briefly describe the issue.
  3. Attach a screenshot or proof if relevant.

7. Processing time

  • We acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reflect in 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
