Frequently asked questions

Open the shop page, choose the exam type (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, NABTEB, NYSC), set the quantity, and pay with Paystack. The PIN is emailed to you within minutes during business hours.

Most PINs arrive within 5–10 minutes during business hours (8am–8pm WAT). If it's been longer than 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then reply to your order email and we'll resend it.

1. Check your spam / junk folder first.
2. Log in to your dashboard at /dashboard/orders — your PIN shows up there once delivered.
3. If still missing after 30 minutes, reply to your order confirmation email or WhatsApp +234 812 776 6120 with your order reference (begins with SCI-).

Visit waecdirect.org, enter your exam number, choose your exam year, then paste the WAEC PIN we sent you. Click Submit to view the result.

Each scratch card PIN can typically be used 5 times for WAEC, 5 times for NECO, and the JAMB e-PIN has different usage limits per service. Buy one PIN per candidate.

Choose JAMB, WAEC or NECO, pick your subjects and how many questions, then take a timed mock exam just like the real CBT. You get 2 free practice sessions every month. Unlock unlimited practice for a one-time ₦3,000 payment.

Two ways:

1. Online: pay ₦3,000 once at /dashboard/cbt/access via Paystack.
2. Scratch card: buy a Springtower CBT access card from our office, then redeem the PIN on the same page.

It's a one-time payment — no monthly fees. Lifetime access.

You get 2 free mock sessions every month, no payment required. After that you can either wait for next month or unlock unlimited practice for ₦3,000 (one-time, lifetime access).

Sessions are saved automatically. Log back in and go to /dashboard/cbt/results — your last attempt should be there. If it isn't, reply to a support agent and we'll look into it.

1. Refresh /dashboard/orders — it usually shows up within 60 seconds.
2. If it still says Pending after a few minutes, the payment is on its way; Paystack typically settles within 5–10 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, message us with the Paystack transaction reference from your bank SMS and we'll resolve it.

Online: Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD). In-office: cash or bank transfer, just visit 134b Okigwe Road, Owerri and tell the agent which service you need.

Yes, for cases covered by our Refund Policy. Most relevant rule: once a scratch card PIN is revealed, it can't be refunded (exam-body policy). For registrations the service fee is non-refundable once we've submitted to the body, but we'll refund in full if we can't submit for reasons within our control.

₦7,500 as our service fee (we register you and submit everything to JAMB). The official JAMB form fee is separate — JAMB sets that each year and you pay it as part of the overall amount.

Dates shift each year and we publish the official windows on our help centre. If you're logged in and you've set your target exam, we'll email you when registration opens and again before it closes — turn on email reminders in your profile.

Go to /registration/track, enter your reference (begins with SCI-) and the email you used. You'll see the current status and any notes from our team.

On the login page click Forgot password?. We'll email you a one-time login link — open the email, click the link, and you're in. Set a new password from your profile if you want one.

Two options:

1. Exam reminders: turn off the toggle in your profile.
2. Newsletter: every newsletter has an Unsubscribe link in the footer.

We never send promotional emails to people who haven't opted in. Transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets) can't be turned off.

Use our public verifier at /verify. Enter the certificate reference (starts with STC-) and we'll show you whether it's valid, when it was issued, and the holder's name. Anyone can use this — no login required.
