Terms of Service

Welcome to Springtower Computer Institute (“Springtower”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the springtowercomputers.com website, our dashboard, mobile experience, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these Terms in full.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
  • One account per person. You may not transfer, sell or share your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or appear to be fraudulent.

3. Services we provide

Springtower offers, among other things:

  • Sale of exam result-checker scratch cards (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, NABTEB, NBAIS, NYSC and similar).
  • Computer-Based Test (CBT) practice for major Nigerian exam bodies.
  • Assisted online registration for examinations, NIN, CAC business registration and related services.
  • Issuance and verification of Springtower programme certificates.
  • Classroom and online computer training.

4. Payments & pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
  • Online payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • You may also pay using a physical Springtower scratch card purchased from any authorised branch.
  • Orders are only fulfilled once payment is confirmed.

5. Scratch card PINs

  • PINs are delivered to the email address on the order, usually within 5 minutes of confirmed payment.
  • Each PIN is single-use and tied to the exam body shown on the order. We are not responsible for misuse once a PIN is revealed.
  • If you do not receive a PIN within 60 minutes, contact info@springtowercomputers.com with your order reference.

6. CBT practice access

  • One-time access for ₦3,000 grants lifetime CBT practice on this account. There are no recurring charges.
  • Access is non-transferable.
  • We strive to keep the question bank accurate, but mock questions may differ from the live exam.

7. Online registrations

  • Springtower acts as your agent when processing registrations. We rely on the information and documents you supply.
  • Service fees cover our handling — official body fees (JAMB, WAEC, CAC, NIMC, etc.) are separate and clearly stated.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the official bodies or by incorrect/incomplete information you supply.

8. Certificates & verification

Springtower-issued certificates carry a unique reference (format STC-XXXXXXXX). Employers and institutions can confirm authenticity at /verify. We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained by fraud or misrepresentation.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically copy our content.
  • Use the Services to break Nigerian law or harm others.
  • Share your account credentials or attempt to access another user's account.
  • Use bots or automation to interact with CBT practice in ways that bypass session limits.

10. Intellectual property

The Springtower name, logo, course material, CBT question bank and all software are owned by Springtower Computer Institute and protected by Nigerian and international copyright law. You may use the Services for personal study only.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that the CBT bank perfectly mirrors any official exam, or that registrations will be approved by the relevant body.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Sections 10–12) will continue to apply.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
